About Tom at Border Trout Flies

I have fished for over thirty years and won many matches using the flies we make and sell here at Border Trout and Flies.I started out fishing at the age of 5 on small streams in the Lammermuir Hills catching small trout, moving onto fishing for salmon and trout on the River Tweed as I became more experienced.

I also fishat Chatton Trout Fishery in Northumberland and Markle in East Lothian. I am often featured in The Trout and Fisherman Magazine and well knownfor the number of trout I have caught over the years.

This extensive experience and knowledge has helped me make this wide range of flies I have here for sale.
